This policy explains what personal information Quotify collects during this validation phase and how we use it.
Who we are
Quotify is a pre-launch product being developed for UK bathroom renovation companies. At this stage we are collecting early access applications to understand whether there is sufficient demand to build a full product. We do not currently operate a registered legal entity specifically for QuoteRevive. If you have questions about your data, contact us at the email address provided in any communication you have received from us.
What information we collect
We collect information you provide when submitting an early access application, including:
- Name and contact details (email, phone)
- Business name and website
- Location
- Information about your quoting process and project volumes
- Open-ended responses about challenges with outstanding quotes
We also collect standard website analytics data including pages visited and how you arrived at the site. We use cookies for this purpose — see our cookie policy for details.
How we use your information
We use application data to:
- Assess whether your company is a good fit for the early access pilot
- Contact you about participating in the pilot if appropriate
- Understand the problems bathroom renovation companies face with outstanding quotes
- Inform product development decisions
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the service (such as our hosting provider).
How long we keep it
Application data is retained for the duration of the validation phase and for a reasonable period afterwards while we assess whether to build a full product. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address in any communication from us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. Any significant changes will be communicated directly to early access applicants.
